With over nine years of dedicated service in the mental health field, Vernice brings warmth, wisdom, and a trauma-informed approach to her work with adults, teens, and children. Her clinical focus includes crisis intervention, grief and loss counseling, and emotional restoration across life’s most tender moments. Vernice is licensed in Michigan and certified in trauma-informed therapy. She blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and compassionate listening to help clients reclaim their stories and rebuild trust in themselves. She understands that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported—and she creates that space with grace and dignity.

Monique is a Christian Therapist, Evangelist, Prophetess, Intergenerational Trauma Specialist, and we're humbled and honored to have her join us. Monique brings a unique blend of spiritual insight and clinical expertise to her role, she holds a Masters in Psychology. She's a passionate advocate for those navigating the complexities of intergenerational trauma, and her therapeutic approach is built on Christian values and principals. She seamlessly integrates faith-based foundations with evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Monique's goal: To provide holistic support—spirit, soul, and body—so that clients can find long-term relief from depression, anxiety, and emotional pain. As a Christian therapist, Monique believes that healing begins when we trace the roots of pain and understand how past experiences—both personal and ancestral—shape our current emotional and spiritual lives. With prophetic wisdom and clinical discernment, she helps clients recognize generational patterns, break cycles of dysfunction, and foster spiritual and emotional resilience.
