Privacy and Insurance

You may qualify to be reimbursed by your health insurance for your out-of-network medical bills.  Brugmansia will supply you with the necessary information to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Most insurance is accepted please check with office.  You are responsible for copay and deductibles.

Payment

Please be aware that payment is due at the beginning of each counseling session. You may pay for services with either cash,  health savings account, debit cards, or credit cards (all major credit cards are accepted)

Rates
$250.00 for initial evaluation

$200.00 per session

**Special rates apply for those desiring group counseling or parenting classes.  Please contact our office for more information.

Cancellation Policy 
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that we cannot use this time for another client.   A cancellation fee in the amount of the full cost of your session will be charged directly to your account if your appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
